My Philip Stein Watch Works So Far

I have always hated flying. And of course, despite my protestations, my job now requires it almost weekly. (This is my punishment for getting promoted). Most of my flights are cross-country, from Miami to Los Angeles. My life has basically become one long jet lagged existence, to the point that I have almost no idea how long it will take for me to fall asleep after my head hits the pillow. philip-stein-watches

Now even though I hate almost everything about her, our admin at the office told me that “Saint Oprah” recommended Philip Stein Watches for people with sleep problems and specifically jet lag. Let me reiterate: I am not an Oprah fan. I’m just a desperate guy trying to get some sleep and maybe ten percent more post “red eye” energy so I can function better on sales calls. So two weeks ago, I bought a Philip Stein with the alloy disk that is supposed to help regulate body rhythms and frequencies.

So far I’ve flown with it just twice so I can’t make any promises about the effectiveness of the watch, but I can report that on both trips, my mid-day lull has been much less severe and I’ve been able to get to sleep at my usual 11pm each trip.

Again I can’t say with 100% confidence that my Philip Stein will cure my sleep problems, but so far at least, it is two for two and I am very glad I bought one.
