Start Managing Your Stress – Before it manages you!

Stress!  Just the word itself stirs up anxiety in most people, but each of us defines it differently.  For some, stress means getting stuck in traffic on the way to work.  For others, it is watching their stock portfolio drop on a daily basis, and for others it could be pulling an all-nighter to cram for a big exam.  Each of these situations can cause undue fatigue, irritation, conflicts, uncertainty and mood changes.  Worse yet, if we don’t learn how to handle stress properly, it can cause some life-threatening health issues down the road.
